William Kiefer, OmniPoint Health CEO

“At OmniPoint Health, you aren’t just a number, you’re family. From that personal touch when scheduling an appointment to the friendly faces greeting you when you visit our facilities, we promise to treat you with the same care we would our own loved ones.”

OmniPoint Health is an integrated health system offering a wide-variety of medical needs ranging from primary care to emergency services.

At OmniPoint Health, we go above and beyond to give patients medical excellence in a comfortable facility close to home that feels like home – with little to no wait times. We call it the OmniPoint Experience – when every patient is a VIP – Very Important Patient.

And we are constantly evaluating ways to make our patients experience better, which included expanding our services at our primary care facilities in Anahuac, Mont Belvieu and Dayton to become a one-stop location for routine wellness or sick visits complete with lab, imaging, counseling, virtual appointments and many other services. You spend less time traveling and more time getting the care you need, close to home.

Founded in 1950 in Anahuac, Texas, with a hospital along Trinity Bay, the town still serves as the flagship location and headquarters for the health system. It is home to the hospital, a primary care facility, dental services, transitional care services and a community center that has a full fitness facility, theater, event space, heated pool, physical therapy and offices for rent by non-profits or small businesses.

Formerly known as Chambers Health, the health system took on a new name in January 2022 to better reflect its values, growth and commitment to exemplary service. The new name is accompanied by a strong new identity and tagline “World-Class Care. Hometown Service.” For more information about the meaning of the name, symbolism behind the logo, and the evolution of our company, please visit our history page.

OmniPoint Health’s primary care facilities receive program grants as part of its designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which are community-based healthcare facilities that provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including medical, oral and mental health/substance abuse programs and services for all residents in the community.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
