Chambers Health is an integrated health system offering a wide-variety of medical needs ranging from primary care to emergency services.

At Chambers Health, we go above and beyond to give patients medical excellence in a comfortable facility close to home that feels like home – with little to no wait times.

And we are constantly evaluating ways to make our patients experience better, which included expanding our services at our primary care facilities in Anahuac, Mont Belvieu and Dayton to become a one-stop location for routine wellness or sick visits complete with lab, imaging, counseling, virtual appointments and many other services. You spend less time traveling and more time getting the care you need, close to home.

Founded in 1950 in Anahuac, Texas, with a hospital along Trinity Bay, the town still serves as the flagship location and headquarters for the health system. It is home to the hospital, a primary care facility, dental services, transitional care services and a community center that has a full fitness facility, theater, event space, heated pool, physical therapy and offices for rent by non-profits or small businesses.

Chambers Health’s primary care facilities are named Chambers Community Health Centers. The health centers are designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), which are community-based healthcare facilities that provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including medical, oral and mental health/substance abuse programs and services for all residents in the community.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
